About Teighan
My name is Teighan and I am actually learning myself currently to become a primary school teacher, something that I have wanted to be ever since kindergarten. I myself had a tutor when I was younger for math due to my teachers at the time not being able to give me the hands-on experience I needed. However, over time I developed a love for a subject which many students seem to dislike, a reason why I believe is due to the way in which the subject is taught. It's my goal to become that hands-on teacher which supports students' love for mathematics and can foster this over time.

During lessons I want to create a safe environment for you to address issues which you feel uncomfortable asking your teacher or to ask in front of peers. Math isn't easy but we can find other ways to solve these issues which might not have been taught to you or if needed the approach which needs to be used can be interpreted into ways which can be easily understood and relate to young students.
