About Alina
Through my student teaching i have worked with a range of children and have hands on experience. I find helping a pupil understand something they first found challenging very rewarding as you get to see their confidence grow. I want to make learning meaningful, accessible and help students achieve their full potential.

I have good knowledge in how children learn in classrooms. As a student teacher i have worked with lots of children all at different abilities and have understood how they learn and helped build their confidence and make progress in their studies. I am supportive and able to adapt my lessons according to the students needs. I focus on making learning clear, engaging and achievable for everyone. I want to help pupils become more confident and independent learners.
