About Akshat
I am a Sixth Form student in the first year of my A-Levels, studying Biology, Chemistry, Further Maths and Economics.
I achieved all 9s at GCSE and have mentored Year 9 and 10 students at school in maths and chemistry.
I am extremely passionate about maths, and I recently achieved a merit award in the British Mathematical Olympiad.

I structure my lessons around students, as I have found out through mentoring at school that this method works best with helping students understand topics and excel. I am a firm believer in past papers, and I use these to gauge students' understanding of the topic. Once I have identified any difficult topics, I use tried-and-tested methods to help explain these concepts to students.
