About VAIBHAV
I worked under the Government of Bihar as City Manager under the Urban and Housing Department. I am an engineer graduated from RGPV Bhopal in Electronics and Communication Engineering. I am also a UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) aspirant for civil services and provincial services, and my optional subject was Geography, in which I am also good.
