About Joshua
I have been working in education roles since 2015 and decided to step away from teaching in early 2020 to pursue a career in tutoring. I enjoy the one-on-one aspect of the job as it allows me to give each student considerably more attention thanI was ever able to give them in a full classroom.

My name is Joshua Dixon.
I am an experienced tutor that focuses on tailoring learning to the specific needs of your child to help them excel through my ability to adapt my teaching methods to each child's learning style.
With a Bachelor of Educational Studies from Curtin University, I have over 2000 hours of experience working in established tutoring centres and in primary schools with students from Year 1 to Year 6. I am able to aid children that are struggling with their studies or specific subjects and chlidren who are excelling and would like to advance their education further.
