About Shelli

I am a working dance professional, dance and wellness instructor, and fitness coach that genuinely enjoys helping their students reach their goals whether that be a flat split, choreography retention, or just learning to love their bodies! I am also always a student of dance, model, and practicing yogi working on their certification.

I look to create open, effective and respectful lines of communication with students. Lesson plans are tailored to your needs because we all have different body types, goals, lived experiences, learning styles, schedules, and environments that effect how we retain information and, therefore, progress.

My goal is to offer you a safe space and coaching to push you closer to your highest self!

About the lesson

Ever been to a party and wish you knew what to do with yourself to join in the dance floor fun? Are you a former or practicing dancer, yogi, athlete, or martial artist looking to sharpen balance, strength, flexibility, mobility, or musicality? Or are you someone just looking to stay active after long hours at a desk job? This is the space for you to explore movement, enjoy your body, and stay fit!

My classes focus on your specific movement goals from dance to flexibility, strength and mobility training to mindfulness practices in order to give you a better quality of life in the temple that is your body. We'll build a unique plan specific to your needs by evaluating your strengths, grow areas, and habits. Check-ins will be held regularly to make sure you feel confident about your progress and make any necessary changes to bring you closer to your defined goals!

Lessons are for all ages & levels. All that I ask for is your commitment to your growth!
