About Josh
I am an experienced dancer & choreographer. I have a total of 9 years dancing experience and started dancing way back 2010. I became a member of my first dance crew in Philippines (BDT) from 2012 - 2015, i then joined (Elision Beats Crew) in 2016 when i moved in Melbourne, and because of team effort we won 3rd Place in "Fired Up, Dance Competition" which was also held in Melbourne. I became the founder & head coach of a Mega dance crew called (SLTTRX) when i came back in PH, i also became a choreographer for hire in different events and places for 2 years. Some of my original choreographies can be found on my YouTube Channel as (Josh Fajardo) ,mostly hiphop, lyrical and funk. As of now im solo dancer and still in touch with my different crews, now that im back in Melbourne, im ready to share my knowledge to new students and help them grow with their craft with confidence.

I usually start my lessons with different conditionings/stretchings to make them alert and flexible. I then play a music based on their mood to make them feel the vibe, to make them feel like they own the dance piece. Then i make them do freestyle dance to connect each and everyone of them, from there i start to teach them the steps little by little.
