About Saurav
I'm a data analyst and trainer with hands-on experience in Python, SQL, Power BI, and machine learning. I currently work as a Data Science Trainer, where I build ETL pipelines, automate data workflows, and prepare structured data for analytics and machine learning use cases in real business settings.
Beyond my day-to-day work, I've built end-to-end projects — including a bank customer churn prediction system, where I cleaned and analyzed 10,000 customer records, built and compared machine learning models, and deployed the final model as a live, interactive web app.
I hold a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and completed a Data Science certification through Coursera, so I understand firsthand what it's like to transition into this field — which helps me teach it clearly to others starting the same journey. I'm patient, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoy breaking down complex topics into simple, practical steps.

My teaching approach is hands-on and project-based — I believe you learn data science best by actually building things, not just watching theory. Each class blends clear conceptual explanations with real datasets, so you immediately apply what you learn.
A typical class starts with a short recap of the previous session, followed by a focused explanation of the new concept using simple, real-world examples. We then move to hands-on practice — writing SQL queries, cleaning data in Python, or building a dashboard together — so you build muscle memory, not just notes. I always leave room for questions and encourage students to explain their reasoning back to me, which helps identify gaps early.
What sets me apart is my industry experience: I currently train professionals in data science and have built real ETL pipelines, dashboards, and machine learning models used in actual business settings — so I teach practical, job-ready skills, not just textbook theory.
My classes suit college students, working professionals switching into data/analytics roles, and complete beginners wanting a structured, practical introduction to Python, SQL, Power BI, or machine learning.
