Gina and I have worked together for almost the past 4 years teaching data together. I had the pleasure of sharing a cohort of students with Gina, and learned a lot from Gina's professional, calm, competent and efficient approach to teaching and coaching. She is also creative, funny, down to earth and engaging. She also has an impressive capacity to manage multiple tasks, difficult questions, and differentiate her teaching for different styles of learning.

One of the things that stands out most is her ability to communicate complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand, like Time Series and Regression analysis methods. I will never forget, in a lesson I observed, a student was confused about a complex mathematical concept in Time Series modelling called the ARIMA model, and Gina explained it in two sentences. This student, along with others, had a wonderful "Aha" moment of understanding.
