About Rohaan
I am a riding junior at the University of Rochester, majoring in Data Science, which is a very computer science heavy field. As such, I have taken many fundamental and advanced computer science classes, such as Introduction to Artificial Intelligence, Data Structures and Algorithms, and some Data Science specific courses. I have been coding for a while, and am proficient with Java and Python, with quite a few projects in each.

I believe that the most important aspect of learning computer science is understanding the fundamentals as well as possible. For complex and difficult computer programming challenges, I will encourage students to work to understand the fundamental aspects of the programming (data structures, algorithms, etc.) well before even beginning to write the code. Pseudocode and detailed understanding are important aspects of programming that help guide an efficient programmer on a project well before they start writing the first lines of code.
