About Guenter
I earned my M.S. in Computer Information Systems and had 20+ years in design as well as the implementation of medium to highly complex application systems in different programming languages and RDBMS.
Teaching as a full-time faculty was the best time in my professional life. I had also the opportunity to prepare Austrian High-school-teachers for their IT classes under the auspices of the Austrian Ministry of Education...which led to the conclusion:
I like what I do in the IT area, and I love to teach.
What could be better than to combine both?
My experience at the college made me understand that things that seem obvious to an expert may be far from that obvious for the not-yet-expert, which is why I continuously verify that what I thought I taught actually arrived and extended the student's understanding.
