About Hasna
Hi! I’m a second-year Dental student from London, currently studying at Queen’s University Belfast.
Having achieved all grade 9s and one grade 8 (Latin) at GCSE, followed by A*A*A in Biology, Chemistry, and Maths at A-Level, I’ve experienced first-hand the hard work, resilience, and determination needed to succeed academically! I also understand how competitive and demanding the journey into university can be, having gone through the entire application process myself and am able to help with that too!
Over the past few years, I’ve gained tutoring experience and discovered how rewarding it is to help students build confidence, and achieve their goals. Seeing a student grasp a concept they once found difficult or grow in confidence is one of the most fulfilling parts of tutoring for me! I enjoy building positive relationships with my students and creating an environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes!
Having been in your position not long ago, I understand the pressures of exams and university applications. Whether you’re aiming for top GCSE or A-Level grades or hoping to secure a place at dental school, I am beyond excited to help on your academic journey!

My approach to tutoring is centred around each individual student. I recognise that everyone learns differently, so I tailor every lesson to suit their learning style, strengths, and areas for improvement. I strive to create a supportive and encouraging environment where they feel comfortable asking questions, building confidence and challenging themselves.
For GCSE and A-Level Biology, Chemistry, and Maths, I focus on developing a strong understanding of key concepts before applying this knowledge through exam-style questions, to really consolidate understanding!
For students interested in dentistry, I also offer guidance with the application process, including personal statement support and interview preparation!
