Whether we’re practising the past tense through storytelling or learning commands by giving directions, students always understand why they’re using a form—not just how. Cultural exploration is at the heart of my method. Each lesson offers a glimpse into the Spanish-speaking world—whether we’re discussing Día de los Muertos in Mexico, reading a poem by Pablo Neruda, or watching a news clip from Spain.
