About BIGDUDE
My love for teaching stems from the joy I experienced through my childhood in my family where both my parents were teachers. School always felt like a second home to me. Watching my parent sharing their enthusiasm with students during my occasional visits to school instilled encourage in me. In fact, nothing is more exhilarating than spending time watching passionate teachers engaging students who are eager to learn. 1.Teaching, designing, modifying, enhancing the academic work of students in all subjects with a focus on beginning reading/ intermediate reading and core grade level subjects.
2.Maintaining detailed weekly, monthly, and end-of-year attendance reports, lesson plans, and progress reports according to the standards for language arts under the supervision of program manager.
3.Developed a tutoring style in order to cater to the learning styles of a group of 8 to 16 students.
4.Creating and implementing students in an individual or group setting by instructing them.
5.Developing test-taking strategies and note-taking skills to aid the student.
6.Demonstrating a conducive environment to aid them to understand the content of their reading.
