I have been working with my teacher for the last four months and am amazed at the progress I have made! At first,I was uncertain what would be the best approach to take as I began my Chinese studies, but I have been tremendously happy with the results and speed with which I have acquired useful language skills permitting me to communicate exclusively in Mandarin in a variety of basic social situations. In short, she is thoughtful, innovative, thorough, and maybe most importantly, makes the experience of learning Chinese very fun and enjoyable! She has gone far out
of her way to create lessons for me that both relevant and helpful. As a result, every hour of class together is an hour well spent. She listens carefully to ensure that my grammar and pronunciation
are correct, while simultaneously making sure that I spend enough time speaking and exploring new vocabulary. I could not ask for a better or more patient teacher.
