About Dominique

I have been a dental hygienist in Orange County for 10 years. I graduated from West Coast University. I have worked in holistic dentistry, modern private dental offices, biological dentistry, corporate offices, volunteering, free clinics, and have 2 years of temping experience. I have my master's degree in Public Health. I recently obtained my registered dental hygiene in Alternative Practice license: to work in the homes of homebound people and children. I love what I do, and I want to share that love with others. I want all hygienists to be great and truly reap the rewards of this career.

About the lesson

These are lessons I wish I had straight out of hygiene school! We can have in-person or virtual lessons on instrumentation, appropriate treatment options, ergonomics, and periodontics. You will be a great, well-rounded hygienist! You will have the skills that make patients request you for their visits, gaining their trust, and offices wanting you to stay forever. Creating confidence in your work, in your hands, and mind. Know what permanent offices are looking for in their hygienists. If you’re looking to be a temporary hygienist, learning to navigate good offices, sticking to what’s right, reporting when necessary, having safe and healthy boundaries, and being someone offices want to keep hiring!
