About Arnaaz
I’m a dentist by training, a public health advocate by passion, and a lifelong learner committed to creating healthier, more equitable communities—one intervention at a time. Currently pursuing my Master of Public Health, I bring global clinical experience, academic rigor, and a deep commitment to integrative care and education. From chairside assisting in California and clinical rotations in India to contributing research with the Yale Prison Education Initiative and authoring peer-reviewed publications, my journey has been diverse yet deeply rooted in purpose. I’ve worked across borders, across disciplines, and across underserved communities—whether mentoring incarcerated students, promoting menstrual equity, or conducting dental camps with the Indian Army. My work lives at the intersection of oral-systemic health, education equity, and evidence-based advocacy. With experience in both public and private dental settings, health journalism, curriculum development, and healthcare communications, I’ve developed a unique interdisciplinary lens that fuels my leadership in public health innovation. Currently, I serve as a Peer Reviewer for multiple international journals, Director of Content & Research for a mental well-being nonprofit, and an Academic Advisor for aspiring dental professionals. My mission? To bridge clinical care with impactful communication, informed policy, and community empowerment.
