About Tua
As a dedicated Dentistry student at Riga Stradins University with a strong academic background in Maths and Biology, I’m passionate about helping students achieve their full potential. Having studied both subjects at A-Level and previously tutored Year 9 and 10 students at my grammar school, I understand the challenges students face and how to guide them through with patience and clarity. My lessons are tailored to meet each student’s individual needs, whether they’re looking to build a strong foundation or aiming for top grades. I create a positive, encouraging environment where students feel confident to ask questions, tackle difficult topics, and enjoy learning. take a flexible and student-centred approach to tutoring, adapting my teaching style to suit each child’s individual needs and learning pace. My goal is to build confidence, encourage curiosity, and help students truly understand the subject rather than just memorise it. Lessons are typically around 1 hour long, but I'm always happy to adjust the timing depending on what works best for the student and their schedule. I’ve previously tutored maths to Year 9 and Year 10 students at my grammar school, helping them improve both their understanding and grades. I'm currently studying Dentistry at Riga Stradins University and have completed A-Levels in Maths and Biology, so I have a strong academic background in the subjects I teach.
