The environment will be professional but not strict. No question is stupid. I know everyone says that but very few mean it by heart, not in my case. If you show your seriousness and bring forth any doubts they will be treated with same seriousness.
Non-criticising constructive behaviour, and motivating to excel is one way to describe myself when it comes to teaching.

As a student i was a top scorer. It was not because i was extraordinary but because of my love for subjects that was cultivated in me by my teachers. Their constant effort in making these subjects fun and easy-to-comprehend made me realize how easy and useful they are.
Now being able to teach students, i strive to teach them like my teachers taught me.
Teachings will involve non-conventional methods. Training students in practical thinking and applications of the subjects so that lessons learnt once stay with you for lifetime.
