About Stéphane
I am a professional animation artist who worked on a lot of tv series as well as movies.
With 35+ years of experience in the industry, I have worked for major studios in Australia and France. I have also taught animation storyboarding at "Ecole des Gobelins" in Paris, and I can teach in English or French.

My teaching encompasses basic drawing skills for beginners to advanced understanding of animation and movie-making processes.
Depending on the student's wishes and capacities, my course can cover:
- technics to create characters, caricatures, draw backgrounds and build a little illustrated story,
- how to translate a script into a succession of scenes,
- then how to stage the scenes to produce a comic-strip or film storyboard,
- for those with a special interest in staging, I will use film shot analysis to provide an understanding of camera rules.
