About Arnav
I’m Arnav, an IB student who’s recently tackled high-stakes exams in physics, chemistry, and maths, so I teach like a knowledgeable friend who’s been in your seat. I share the exact tips, shortcuts, and mark-scoring tricks I used to boost my own grades—nothing theoretical, just what works in real exams.
My lessons feel like focused study sessions with a peer who cares: we break down tough topics, practise board-specific questions (Edexcel/AQA/OCR), and build confidence step by step. I tailor each session to the student’s exam board and goals, starting with a quick diagnostic to pinpoint gaps, then building understanding through clear explanations, worked examples, and targeted practice. I use active recall, spaced repetition, and past-paper questions to cement concepts and exam technique.
Lessons are typically 75 minutes, with options for 90-minute intensive sessions before exams.
As an IB Diploma student specialising in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, I’ve tutored GCSE and A-level students in maths and physics, helping them improve grades through structured, outcome-focused coaching. I also bring experience in student leadership, public speaking, and creating school documentation, which helps me communicate clearly and keep sessions engaging.
I work with ages 14–18, covering GCSE (all major boards) and A-level (Edexcel, AQA, OCR) in maths and physics, as well as IB MYP/DP support for sciences and maths.
