I studied Buddhism for Two years at A-Level.
I from here developed a massive passion in learning mindfulness and meditation by reading books, articles and watching videos.
I have been to many classes and temples to learn and now successfully meditate daily.
I have taught my mum and other family members to meditate who really struggled.

To learn the foundation as if you had no knowledge and so that it is thorough. I also explain the reason why things are done in a certain way as I think understanding what you’re studying is a fundamental part.
