About Jacqui
I've been swimming since I could walk and have competed in water polo at a high level for most of my life, including playing Division 1 NCAA water polo on a scholarship in the United States. I still play competitively today. Beyond the technical side of the sport, I understand what it takes to improve; the discipline, repetition, and mindset that come with years of training and competing at a high standard. I want to coach because I know how much a good teacher can shape someone's confidence and skill in the water, and I'd love to pass on what I've learned over years of competitive swimming and water polo.

"My coaching approach is built on years of high-level competition, but more importantly, on knowing how to break skills down for swimmers and players at any stage — because everyone starts somewhere, and technique matters far more than raw talent early on. Sessions typically run 60 minutes and are tailored to the individual's current level, whether that's learning to swim confidently, refining technique, or developing game-specific water polo skills like passing, shooting, and positioning. I played water polo at the Division 1 NCAA level on a scholarship in the United States and continue to compete today, and I've been swimming since I could walk. I've coached everyone from splash ball beginners just starting out in the water, right through to competitive U18 players, so I'm comfortable working with all ages and skill levels. My lessons suit anyone — from complete beginners to competitive athletes — who wants to build real technical skill and confidence in the water.
