About Isha
I have been teaching maths for 10 years and have always received very good feedback from both the student and the parents. I am 26 years old, and parents have found that I am a good role model for their children while remaining approachable and engaging (compared to a stereotypically older teacher). I have relatively recently been through the GCSE process myself, which makes my advice up to date and personable. I am also extremely experienced in careers planning, personal statements and exam technique - I have often taken these holistic skills and helped students approaching GCSE age with these wider challenges of transitioning into young adulthood.

I am able to tutor maths from Year 4 up until GCSE level. Having tutored for 10 years now, my unique approach of empowering the student with self-confidence and accuracy has been proven to work. The lessons last for an hour (but this is flexible if necessary). I am able to set homework if you would like this for your child. My approach is holistic: I encourage the student to take accountability for organising their time and learning, which equips them with wider skills for their life as a young adult.
