About Senaka
I have a Master's Degree in Civil engineering and Doctor of Philosophy in strength of materials.I gave lectures at university being a PhD student.
I have obtained Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment in Australia and was a casual TAFE relief teacher.
I have trained dozens of employees in my previous job.

I assess each student to identify their level of knowledge and the most relevant teaching strategies.
The skill building is started from what is known to the students and building further gradually assessing the progress and and reviwing teaching and learning strategies.
