About Mo
Hi, I’m Mo! I’ve spent over 16 years teaching and coaching students in kinesiology, nutrition, and health sciences. I know these subjects can feel overwhelming, so my goal is to make learning clear, relaxed, and even enjoyable. As a DrPH candidate and certified health educator, I bring both academic knowledge and real-world experience, but I always tailor my lessons to each student’s needs and pace.
