About Panna
I started to play the harp at the age of 7, it was love at first sight. After many years of studying, I graduated as a harpist and harp teacher at the Liszt Academy in Budapest. Since then I have been teaching many students several years. Mainly children and young ones, but a few adults as well.
I playfully introduce the harp and the joy of playing music to the youngest students, and prepare those who are interested for competitions and a music career. Several of my students have achieved prices in national competitions, and did successful entrance exam to upper level music institute.
The harp is one of the most beautiful and diverse musical instruments, and I am happy to rediscover this with my students. I believe that learning music gives self-confidence, creativity, calmness and joy.

In my lessons, a supportive atmosphere is key, where we can find the student's inner motivation. I supplement the instrumental lessons with basic music theory, so that hearing, a sense of rhythm and musical expression are developed in addition to harp playing.
I learnt with Alexander Technique, Kokas Method and the Kodály Method, which inspire me as a teacher. I hold my classes flexibly: in the center of Budapest, at the student's home or online. My goal is for all ages to find the beauty and inspiration in the harp, which it means to me.
