About Faye
Programming is a puzzle that reveals itself only when you stop guessing and start questioning the underlying mechanics of your code. To be honest, I find the process of debugging and refining logic far more rewarding than simply finding the answer.
Over the past 3 years, I have helped 301 students move from confusion to competence using a no nonsense, concepts first methodology that strips away the fluff. My degree in Biology provided a rigorous scientific framework that I now apply to clean code practices and complex data structures.
Whether we are tackling SQL and databases, APIs, or backend basics, I ensure you understand the how and why behind your syntax. I look forward to working with you to sharpen your skills in competitive programming and interview preparation. I maintain a calm, patient space where you can focus on building your proficiency through project based learning.

Actually, I find the best way to start is by looking at your current code and seeing where the logic hits a wall. I provide a free trial session to gauge your skill level so we can jump straight into the areas where you need the most development. My lessons utilize the technical knowledge gained during my BSc Biology to help you think like a computer scientist. With 3 years of experience teaching Java and data structures, I know how to explain concepts in ways that stick for the long term.
