About Iris
Teaching feels natural because I spent nearly 2 decades sharing my voice through Latin music. I admit that I struggled with stage fear early in my own performance career.
Today I use my degree from the University of Melbourne to explain resonance and tone. I work with teens and advanced performers who seek technical structure.
We focus on belting technique and diction to ensure you sound distinct. I emphasize vocal health because your instrument requires constant care. It is rewarding to see students develop performance confidence through consistent warm-up exercises.

You deserve a space where breathing control and articulation are treated as the foundation of your artistry. I observe your progress closely to adjust the pacing of our work. Having taught 296 students, I recognize when you need more focus on your resonance. My background in Spanish and music informs how I teach phrasing for complex vocal pieces.
We integrate proper warming up into every meeting to keep your voice safe. I aim to ensure that our time together feels as vibrant as the music we explore.
