About Megan
Hi there!
I'm a passionate and dedicated musician and teacher committed to spreading classical music education in the community! I'm a double Associate diploma graduate in the subject of both piano and violin, additionally having a Certificate of Performance, also in both piano and violin. I love working with people, especially children, to support their musical growth and journey. My goal is to help students overcome challenges, strengthen their skills, and encourage them to always strive for their personal best.
My Qualifications:
- Associate diploma in Piano (AMusA)
- Associate diploma in Violin (AMusA)
- Certificate of Performance in Piano Comprehensive (passed with high distinction)
- Certificate of Performance in Violin Comprehensive
- AUSTA award for overall best 7th/8th grade strings candidate in WA
- ABRSM Grade 8 in Piano Performance (passed with distinction)
- AMEB Grade 7 in Viollin Comprehensive (passed with high distinction)
- ABRSM Grade 7 in Piano (passed with distinction)
- ABRSM grade 5 Theory of Music (passed with distinction)

Each of my lessons is customised to match my students' interests and needs, whether they're preparing for AMEB examinations or simply playing their favourite songs for leisure and enjoyment.
- Beginner-friendly lessons (with included theory lessons side by side to keep students engaged and develop their foundations and understanding)
- AMEB Comprehensive Syllabus
- AMEB Repertoire Syllabus
- Theory lessons (to complement the practical component of AMEB comprehensive exams)
