Nicola was an excellent tutor for our daughter during Year 11 and in the run-up to her GSCE maths exam. My daughter was always decent at maths but was finding some areas difficult and having a slight crisis of confidence, so we asked Nicola to start tutoring her about eight months before she took her GCSEs. She came for one hour every two weeks.
Nicola immediately put my daughter at ease. She enjoyed the sessions and could address any topic she had concerns about, and together they worked through the problems together.
Nicola helped with my daughter’s revision just ahead of the exam too – she started coming weekly in the month before the exam and often stayed beyond the one hour.
In short, I'd wholeheartedly recommend Nicola as a tutor. She was reliable and friendly and it was very convenient for us that she visited our house for the tutorials.

Nicola has tutored my daughter in maths since April 2018. My daughter finds maths challenging and does not enjoy it as a subject at school. However, Nicola is very patient and kind and has an ability to motivate my daughter in a way that we lack.
