About Carolina
As a dressmaker/designer with over 30yrs plus experience in bridal, costumes and alterations, and 10yrs as a tutor. With patience and perseverance I have guided those that have not known how to thread a needle, to create and construct garments that are Fashion Parade worthy.

I am passionate about teaching and sharing my knowledge of a trade that is a dying art.
What is it that you would like to get out of a lesson or course of lessons?
Are you a beginner looking to start somewhere or are you advanced and require a space that will unblock your creative talent?
Lessons are tailored to your experience level and interests, whether you are learning to sew for the first time, refining advanced garment-making skills, a hobbyist or student wanting to learn to sew or simply requiring additional support.
I aim to create a relaxed and encouraging environment where students feel confident to ask questions, experiment, and grow their skills.
At my studio I can host group sessions, max 3 students or one on one, where you can learn at your own pace.
You can bring your own sewing machine or use mine.
Your first, 1hr lesson is free. This is where we get to know each other, your requirements and sewing machine skills.
Recommended minimum hours for a sewing lesson is 3 HRS.
(All my sewing lessons run for a minimum of 3HRS).
