About Ashley
I have been working in education for over 15 years, most of which I have spent as a college administrator and faculty member in healthcare. I am a published author and a national speaker, and I have served on numerous local, state, and national professional boards and committees. Five years ago, I took a step back from my career to become a full-time caregiver for my late mother, and I still care for my father. While I feel blessed to have been there for my parents, I deeply missed teaching. Three years ago, I decided to start tutoring again. I have tutored students ranging from middle school to graduate school, covering locations from Washington to Florida and many states in between. Educating is my greatest passion, and I am certain that it is what God created me for.

I transform lessons to make them practical and relatable, as I do not believe in memorization for the most part. As an animated educator, I encourage my students to participate actively in class. I provide numerous analogies and examples, and I incorporate hands-on activities whenever possible. I tutor students from middle school through college, specializing in math, science, healthcare, business, and standardized exam preparation
