About Alix
I am a second-year engineering student at ECE Paris, currently completing an exchange semester at UTS Sydney. My academic background includes mathematics, physics, electronics, computer science, mechatronics and physical modeling, and I plan to specialize in biomedical engineering.
With two years of regular tutoring experience with primary, secondary and high school students, I am confident in my ability to explain complex ideas clearly and adapt to different learning styles. I am reliable, patient and fully committed to helping each student improve their results, build confidence and become more independent. I teach several subjects because I genuinely enjoy sharing my knowledge and helping students reach their full potential.

About the lesson

My approach is based on patience, listening and active participation. I do not simply give students the answer; I guide them step by step so they can understand the method and solve problems independently. At the beginning of each lesson, I identify what the student finds difficult, review the relevant theory and make sure the lesson has been properly learned. I then use exercises adapted to their level and ask questions to check that every step is fully understood.
I have two years of weekly tutoring experience with students of different ages, from primary school to high school. I mainly teach mathematics, but I can also help with other school subjects. A typical lesson lasts around one hour and is adapted to each student’s pace, needs and goals.
