About Alisha
My interest in economics developed from observing how markets, policies, and human behaviors interact. I pursued a B.A. in Economics followed by an M.A. in Development Economics, gaining both theoretical understanding and practical insight. Over 7 years, I have taught students at all levels, emphasizing clarity, structured guidance, and application-oriented learning. I focus on creating an interactive and personalized learning experience, adapting explanations and exercises to suit each student’s pace and style. I aim to build both comprehension and confidence, ensuring learners feel capable of analyzing, evaluating, and applying economic concepts independently. Encouraging curiosity, questioning, and reflection is central to my teaching approach. Beyond teaching, I follow current economic developments, data analysis techniques, and research findings to bring relevant examples and insights into lessons. Watching students develop analytical skills, critical thinking, and real-world awareness is highly rewarding. I am passionate about nurturing learners who not only succeed academically but also understand and appreciate the relevance of economics in everyday life.
