To understand a particular subject sometimes it’s very important to see and understand a wider view or a way in which it can be applied. Many students find it much easier to learn about a topic if they understand why it’s useful or how it can be related to the wider world. As exams are moving more towards application in their questions this is a great way to learn as it starts off in the same foot as the exam is being questioned.
