About Gabriela
Hello! I am currently an Economics Student at UC Berkeley, with an interest and love for Spanish. As a native speaker, I use Spanish everyday whether it may be in my home or at work. Speaking Spanish has allowed me to discover and enjoy a whole new world of people, food and an incredible culture. This is something that I hope I can help my students discover too!

My Spanish lessons look like this:
- I introduce myself and ask you for your name and what you like to be called.
- I ask you about your interests and have conversations about topics you feel passionate about (if you have materials you would like to go over I can help!)
- I ask you for three things we learned today (it can be words, conjugations, cultural inflections, etc.)
Because I tailor every lesson plan to be specific for every student, my techniques and teaching methods will range depending on what I think you may benefit best from. I am also open to any suggestions, you are the student and I have faith that you know best when it comes to your preferred teaching method.
Additionally, I tailor my lessons to every student and research topics we could discuss in our next lessons. My lessons are typically for those who hope/plan to travel to a Spanish-speaking country soon and want to learn Spanish, and for younger students who need help improving their language skills, with an emphasis in the Beginner Level. However, my lessons are open to all and cater to every level!
