About Masauso
I am an Economist by training who has worked in insurance, policy and strategic planning, public finance management, research and evaluations, and project implementation. I have thirteen (15) year’s wide-ranging experience undertaking operational management and development research work in Zambia. My experience is in the insurance underwriting and claims administration, public finance and sustainable development practices with valuable capability in the health research sector. I have a strong proficiency for making high-quality decisions even on limited information. A strong ability for being thorough, deliberate and timely, and having attention to detail. I also have a strong disposition for adapting to a wide range of people, and being open to differences in attitudes, values and personalities
In addition to my educational background, I have attended short- term training in teaching and facilitation methods for adult learners. Over the past fifteen years i have conducted in-house training for workers in various areas

My teaching method is interactive with sessions conducted online. Each lesson will focus on grammar translation method considering that the focus group will be adult learners with some education. The topics to be used for learning will be areas of interest as proposed by the learners.
