About Arthur
I am a veteran educator whose international and local teaching career reflects a deep commitment to student success across different cultures and educational systems.
Here is a glimpse of my journey and background:
• Teaching Career Highlights:
o 1995–2006: Grounded my teaching foundation early in my career before moving abroad.
o 2006–2009: Taught at Westport Academy in Baltimore, Maryland, contributing to urban American education.
o 2009–2012: Taught at Northampton High School in Virginia, guiding high school students through critical mathematical concepts.
o 2012–2022: Returned home to the Philippines to teach in Angeles City, bringing global experience back to local classrooms.
• I specialize in crafting rigorous lesson plans designed to push students beyond their perceived limits and unlock their full mathematical potential.
• Outside the classroom, I take a hands-on approach to home maintenance and technology, and remain deeply devoted to my family.
