I have over 10 years in the learning and development space where much of that time more recently, has been spent as an Instructional designer and e-learning specialist. Have a solid blend of skills ranging from identifying needs through needs analysis, developing learning materials across various platforms, development of appropriate training/learning methods. Assess the outcomes and makes appropriate suggestions on where to bridge gaps. spoken, professional, has an eye for detail and is pro-active. I have a passion for people, communicate well on all level of stakeholders and is thorough in my approach to the learning process.
