Methodology

My teaching method includes one to one interaction with students with lots of activities. I am more interested in making the concepts crystal clear with lots of real-life examples. I will also make the teaching exam-oriented so that learners are more confident for the exam.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the provision of academic services to support teaching programmes and delivery initiatives at the department, including the
o Management of the teaching and non-teaching staff at the department level.
o Management of supervision of all Electrical related works in the college level.
o Development and approval processes of programme planning approval documents,
o Design and development of programmes taking into account collaborative working systems and
collective judgment.
o Documentation and due processes of programme validation.
o Preparation and maintenance of definitive programme documents.
o development of academics and academic support staff.
• Chair and participate in meetings of boards, committees, working parties, and other forums as
appropriate and participate actively in community affairs and represent the college in internal and

• Research work on planning and designing of power stations and power generation equipment (type
and arrangement of circuits, transformers, circuit-breakers, transmission lines and other FACTS
equipment).
• Conduct research in power generation and transmission systems, transformers, switchgear,
telemetry and control systems.
• Provide training whenever possible (e.g. Matlab, DigSilent PowerFactory and Mi-Power).

 Installation of 5.5 kW of Grid-tied Solar PV in the year 2015.
 Installation of 6.5 kW of Stand-alone Solar PV in the year 2015.
 Installation of 10 kW of Stand-alone Solar PV in the year 2017.
