About Garret
My name is Garrett. I’m an Electrical Engineer with a Cybersecurity diploma and over 8 years of experience tutoring math and science — from high school students cramming for finals to university students fighting through second and third-year EE courses.
I know what it’s like to sit in a lecture and feel completely lost. I’ve been there. My goal in every session is to make the material click — not just for the exam, but in a way that actually stays with you. I focus on building your intuition first, then the problem-solving mechanics follow naturally.
When I’m not tutoring, I work on AI and software engineering projects, so I also bring a practical, real-world lens to technical subjects — which students tell me makes a big difference.
I work with students across Ontario online, and I offer a free first session so you can see if my teaching style works for you before committing to anything.
