About Nicholas
I’m Nicholas Monau, a professional electronic music composer and producer. With a solid foundation in electronic music education from Point Blank Music School, and years of hands-on experience in DJing.
My Journey:
I grew up in Rustenburg, where I developed a deep love for music and its various forms. I pursued formal education in electronic music composition Point Blank Music School, where I honed my skills and knowledge in production.

Welcome to my Electronic Music Composition Lessons. Hi there, I'm Nicholas Monau, a passionate and experienced electronic music composer, ready to guide you through the exciting world of electronic music composition. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your skills, this course is designed to equip you with the knowledge you need to craft industry standard music.

What do I Teach?
Rhythm Composition: Components of drums and how they function in keeping musical time.
Harmony: Learn what are musical scales and how to use them to compose bold and full chords for your projects.
Melodies: Learn to write catchy melodies that can be embedded in your listeners' mind, and keep your audience engaged to your track/song.
Basslines: Learn about types of basslines and how they function within your composition.
Structure and arrangement: Learn about the structure and arrangement in popular genres such as pop, hiphop, edm and house.
