About Julia
Hello, my name is Julia and I am a current sophomore student at Golden West College. I am a major in elementary education and hope one day to become a middle school math teacher. I have been in this program where I tutor any student who needs it at school, but due to COVID they are not having any student tutors. I mostly enjoy teaching Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, and Algebra 2.

When I think back to my most favorite teachers, they are the ones who were very in tune with the world around them. I see my teaching approach to connect problems with real life problems for the student to understand. I want the student to be my friends and have a fun time learning math.
