About Lauren
As previously mentioned, I am an Education student in my third year at the University of Alberta and a tutor at Active Learning, which focuses not only on children's academic success, but also prioritizes developing their social and emotional skills necessary in our fast paced and ever changing 21st century society. My experience working with children is volunteering in classrooms, mentoring, and tutoring. Here, I have worked with teachers and principals to learn about what works best for the child! I have taught and prepared lessons for a grade one classroom. With this knowledge, I believe I can help your child with their needs.
