About Rosanna
I am a Math Specialist for an elementary have have over 5 years of small group or one-on-one sessions with students. Many of my students close their grade level/multigrade level gaps within a year. I like to explore multiple ways of completing various problems to ensure understanding and work with students to find their strengths which are used to build their weaknesses.

My teaching method is to see where they are strong and use that to build their weaknesses. Learning the basis first is important to build up from there. My lesson structure tends to move from a lot of guiding and examples with notes to having the student tell me what I do next to complete independence with some guidance if needed.
