I empathize with students who find English challenging because I've been there myself. I know the frustration and confusion that can arise when the pieces don't seem to fit.

Having experienced a transformation in my own love for English, I am eager to ignite that same spark in others, inspiring them to explore creative expression.

My diverse experience as both a struggling student and a high achiever allows me to adapt my teaching style to suit each child's unique needs and learning pace.

About the lesson

As an empathetic and down-to-earth tutor, I am committed to empowering your child's language journey. My goal is to create a positive and supportive learning environment where your child can build confidence, excel in Language Arts, and foster a love for the subject.

Each lesson will last for one hour, an ideal timeframe for learning and meaningful progress. However, I understand that every child is different, so the lesson duration can be adjusted to suit their individual needs and attention span.

I specialize in assisting children of all abilities in English from Primary to Yr 10 Students. Whether your child finds the subject challenging or excels in it, I'm here to provide personalised guidance to enhance their skills further.

If your child is facing difficulties in English, I will work with them to identify their specific areas of struggle. Through targeted exercises and support, I will help them overcome challenges, improve their comprehension, and boost their confidence in Language Arts.

For children who may not initially enjoy English, I employ creative and interactive teaching methods to spark their interest fostering a newfound enthusiasm for the subject.

If your child already excels in English, I can provide the extra challenge they seek to achieve academic excellence. Through advanced reading materials, critical analysis, and writing refinement, we'll hone their skills to reach new heights.

I am a recent high school graduate with a strong passion for creative writing and literature. During my final year (Year 12), I had the opportunity to tutor Year 11 literature students. Additionally, I worked as a babysitter, providing English homework assistance to the children under my care.
