I met Mr Ryan at lacrosse camp, and he was one of the nicest and most approachable people I’ve met. He has a great personality, is friendly, positive, and always makes people feel welcome. He is patient and encouraging, which makes learning Python much more enjoyable and easier to understand.

Outside of teaching, Mr Ryan is also a really interesting person. He enjoys climbing mountains, which shows his adventurous spirit, determination, and willingness to take on challenges. His enthusiasm and positive attitude are inspiring, both in coding lessons and in everyday life.

I would definitely recommend Mr Ryan’s Python lessons to anyone who wants to learn coding from someone who is supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping others improve.

I have known Ryan since high school, when he was competing in Robotics tournaments. He shows great dedication and passion towards his goal and learning. Additionally, he is very sharing and understanding with his younger peers, willing to support them and provide them with heavy scaffolding. He has deep knowledge of programming and is happy to share his experience with everyone. If you are a beginner in coding, I highly suggest you look out for Ryan!

Ryan was my team member of our robotics team in 2023 to 2025. Together, we got multiple victories in the Robocup Junior Australia. During his time of mentoring younger members of the school's robotics club, he actively engages with them during lessons, carefully monitors their progress, and ensures that no one falls behind. He is attentive to individual learning needs and takes the time to clarify concepts in a way that is easy to understand. What stands out most is his approachability and clarity when answering questions. Students feel comfortable asking for help, and he consistently provides clear, structured explanations that reinforce their understanding. He also maintains a steady pace in his sessions, making sure that all students are keeping up while still challenging them to improve.
