I use to use different methodologies every class I do. All of them are very active and I like to use also different extra material to help. I use to start with a preparation that serves to activate the body. Then, the main part, where you have to do all of you and you will finish sweaty! Finally, the part to relax and stretching, that is important to relax the muscles and make the class efficient.
