About Marcial
I worked at schools both as a teacher and as a director and also had responsibilities as General Manager of American companies in the USA and abroad. I have two masters: one of them at Duke University: the Fuqua School of business (2007). The students can take advantage of somebody that has given classes for many years, that can apply this knowledge to a working environment, and also understand that if they work hard they can also reach the best academic opportunities in the USA.

I teach math from middle school to high school level.
I first work with the students to understand the challenges that they are having and the specific objectives to be covered. I put a lot of effort so that the students realize the importance of doing homework and therefore work on their unique needs. My main objective is to change the way students think about their homework. In my years of teaching, I saw many of my students go from seeing their homework as a chore to a tool that lets them prepare for life.
